Alongside monitoring services, we have also developed leading digital Technology Enabled Care (TEC) solutions including warden call systems and dispersed alarms.
Careline365 has been operating for over 10 years as a private pay provider of telecare alarms and monitoring services. They have built a reputation for value, quality and digital innovation.
The combination of both organisations enhances the ambition to impact the TEC services environment and deliver class leading solutions that transform the lives, safety and wellbeing of the end customers and provide better solutions for how those end customers are supported.
Over the past year the two companies have made positive steps forward with alignment in processes, ways of working and team values. Now we are working as one organisation.
With the market continuously changing, as end users are becoming more proactively inquisitive, the future for the Appello Group is to continue leading the way within the TEC industry with innovative, cost-effective digital technology. But, also to make modern technologies appealing and part of the user journey whilst also considering families input and contribution.
