About this event

Across health, housing and social care, national policy continues to move towards prevention, integration and outcomes, while local systems are managing rising demand, workforce pressure and the expectation to deliver safe, effective services within tighter constraints. Turning that direction into something that works day to day, in real settings with real people, is where the challenge now sits.

We will be exhibiting at the TSA's event at Sandown Park Racecourse on Thursday 16 July for Transforming Models of Care event which will bring together national and local leaders to work through that challenge in a practical, grounded way.

This event is designed for those responsible for shaping and delivering services, creating space to test thinking, share experience and build a clearer path forward.
