We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and expect the same high standards from our suppliers, contractors, and other business partners.

We have implemented a comprehensive Modern Slavery Policy that reflects our commitment to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or any part of our business. The policy is accessible to all employees and stakeholders and is regularly reviewed to ensure its effectiveness.

We recognise that certain parts of our supply chains may pose a higher risk of modern slavery due to factors such as geographical location or the nature of the work involved. We continually assess these risks and work closely with our suppliers to manage and mitigate them.

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains, we provide regular training to our staff as relevant to their role. This training is designed to help employees identify and report any concerns they may have.

We measure the effectiveness of the steps we are taking to combat modern slavery by:

  • Monitoring the outcomes of our risk assessments and audits.

  • Reviewing the training provided to staff and the feedback received.

  • Tracking reports of suspected incidents of modern slavery within our business or supply chains and the actions taken in response.

We are committed to continuously improving our practices to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. In the coming year, we plan to enhance further our supplier selection and auditing processes.
