Agamemnon Housing partnered with Appello and Orestone to implement the Smart Living Solutions (SLS) system across six supported living sites.

By involving stakeholders in testing and decision-making, they selected a future-proofed solution that met their requirements. The SLS system, integrated with advanced features like connected fire detection and live monitoring via AppelloHQ, enhanced safety, integrity, and governance.

The dashboard offers clear visibility, replacing the previous use of spreadsheets for reporting. The operations manager can now quickly identify emergency calls made, and potential problems faced by residents.

Agamemnon Housing believes that the Appello SLS system’s versatility, agility, and ability to integrate with various technologies will meet their needs, both now and in future, to benefit all tenants – especially as the population ages, and healthcare services evolve.
