Plus Dane Housing provides residential and extra care housing for older people across Merseyside and Cheshire. The challenge

Plus Dane Housing relied on manual, paper-based systems to manage resident data, which were time-consuming, error-prone, and inefficient. The housing provider needed a modern solution to ensure accurate, up-to-date information for emergency response and compliance with GDPR.

The solution and result

Appello began providing monitoring services to Plus Dane Housing in May 2019, supported by its advanced data and analytics platform, AppelloSBR.

This system allows real-time updates and access to resident data, ensuring emergency operators have the latest information when responding to calls. Having access to a 360-degree view of resident data allows the housing provider to improve its own processes and efficiency, while also being vital an emergency situation.
