Scope of Works
The awarded contract involves the installation of state-of-the-art systems to ensure the highest levels of safety and communication for residents. The scope of work includes:
– Installation of Appello SLS Digital Warden call Systems: This will involve a complete rewiring of the sites to accommodate Appello’s flagship product, ensuring robust and reliable warden call capabilities.
– Installation of Communal Fire Detection Systems: Utilising Advanced fire panels and Apollo smoke/heat detection systems to protect communal areas.
– Installation of Domestic Fire Detection Systems: AICO systems will be installed to ensure the safety of individual living spaces.
Sector
This project focuses on the Retirement Housing sector, specifically targeting three key sites: Barstaple and John Foster Alms House in Bristol, and Cwrt William Jones in Monmouth. These installations will greatly enhance the safety and well-being of residents in these communities.
