As technology advances at an unprecedented pace, it’s crucial for housing providers to stay ahead of the curve – both for the people who rely on your services and for your organisation, as you strive to maintain a competitive edge.
This is all the more important as we see the impact of the UK’s digital phone switchover on traditional telecare services still relying on an analogue connection.
With the 2025 end-date for the switchover suddenly within touching distance, we’re asking: how ready are you for the digital era?
Take part in the Digital Telecare Barometer from Housing LIN and Appello
It’s time to have your say and contribute to our latest Digital Telecare Barometer.
This brings together decision makers across the supported housing sector, providing important insight into prevailing trends, collective challenges and whether the sector is progressing at the right speed ahead of 2025.
– What steps have you taken so far in your journey to digital transformation?
– How does this align with your organisation’s key goals?
– What are your benchmarks for success?
The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete and your input is a significant piece of the puzzle as we look to the next 18 months and beyond.
Exclusive access to our white paper
As a participant, you gain an exclusive first look at a white paper based on the survey results.
Acting as a valuable point of reference, this will provide useful market insight and help you identify next steps, whether you’re preparing for your digital transition or are wondering how you can make the most of your investment in digital.
You will be able to fine-tune your digital strategy, identify best practice and learn from others to develop resilient and flexible digital services.
Over to you…
The Appello Digital Telecare Barometer 2024 follows our previous ‘state of the market’ reports in 2016 and 2020.
As well as providing a snapshot of the sector, we’re looking to see if there have been any significant developments in attitudes towards digital transformation since the last survey, particularly as the impact of the digital phone switchover is felt ahead of the 2025 end-date.
The survey is aimed at decision makers at housing providers and organisations involved in the provision of services that support independent living for older people.
