Appello has scooped its second award in a week, after being named ‘European partner of the year’, by Akuvox, the global manufacturer of door entry and security systems.
The award recognises the huge strides Appello has made in the delivery of digital telecare services in UK, through its Smart Living Solutions (SLS) suite of emergency alarms and wellbeing services for communal living environments.
In 2016, Smart Living Solutions suite was launched as the UK’s first digital communal alarm system and has continued to lead the way in the sector with over 200 developments, to date, implementing the suite, providing over 8,000 residents with the benefits of digital telecare.

The recognition from Akuvox comes a week after Appello was presented with the Gold award at the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) Awards in the ‘Best Use of Technology’ category.
