We are delighted to announce that we are now members of the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF). To maintain our position at the forefront of Technology Enabled Care (TEC) monitoring services, we recognise the value in staying up to date with all contact centre industries.
Being part of the UKCCF will provide us with opportunities to network with other brands such as The AA, BT, St John Ambulance and many more, and learn from their experiences, how they operate day to day and insights into their industries. It is also an opportunity for us to share our unique knowledge of our specialist lifesaving sector and being one of the only digital monitoring centres within the Technology Enabled Care industry.
Gill Atkey, Monitoring Service Director at Appello said: “We are very pleased to have joined the UKCCF. It will be a fantastic opportunity for us to network with others and gain new ideas and innovation to assist with our monitoring team and continue developing our monitoring platform.”
In 2019 we were awarded the ‘Best Use of Technology’ for our CareNet monitoring platform at the UK Contact Centre Forum Awards. This was a huge achievement for Appello and gave us the confidence to continue growing our digital services even further. We look forward to taking part in this year’s awards.
The UKCCF provides a platform for call centre and customer service professionals to meet and share ideas through webinars, podcasts, roundtables and much more. For more information visit: http://www.uk-ccf.co.uk
