On 5th December, 2019, Appello, the UK’s largest telecare monitoring provider, successfully acquired Medvivo Careline Ltd, the telecare and out of hours call monitoring service from Medvivo Group.
Existing customers join over 200,000 individuals across the UK living happier, safer lives with the reassurance of Appello.
Services will continue to run as normal and the transition will be seamless for customers. Calls will continue to be managed in the same way and over the coming months we will look to further benefit customers using the depth of experience we have gained as the largest telecare monitoring centre in the UK.
