Event Registration: Meeting expectations with digital telecare

The world of telecare is changing fast as digital systems have become established. In 2020 we will see significant changes to the UK’s telecoms network, as communication providers commence regional upgrades from analogue to digital.

This event, supported by major telecoms providers, will offer business leaders and those involved in the provision of telecare, warden call and technology enabled care services (TECS) with important insight into the latest changes how they affect our sector.

The event will provide an opportunity to hear about the latest developments in digital telecare and monitoring services, and provide an opportunity to learn from peers on how other housing providers are successfully introducing digital telecare.

Why attend

  • Digital telecare offers far greater capabilities. Ensure you are aware of the latest functionality available and how it can benefit your organisation and customers.
  • Learn from other housing providers already benefitting from digital telecare.
  • Hear guidance on moving to digital directly from BT.
  • Opportunity to ask questions and discuss with peers the latest changes in digital telecare and monitoring services.
