Housing21, one of the UK’s largest providers of supported housing, has been named 9th in the list of top 30 digital housing providers in the UK, awarded by online publication, HousingDigital.co.uk.
The competitive awards, judged by a panel including Homes England, CIH and Ministry of Housing, featured housing providers from all over the UK, and shortlisted the 30 best projects.
The entry from Housing21 focussed on their digital transformation of Technology Enabled Care (TEC) services, in partnership with Appello. This ongoing project has already included the upgrade of over 200 developments, delivering new innovations throughout the project to support staff and their customers.
